We have been working with Alun and Dawn Sperring to help make Chilli Pickle even better and reach greater commercial success. Already it is one of the best restaurants in UK, and certainly in the top 10 of Indian cuisine. There are great plans to consolidate the business and then to consider future expansion; exciting times.
