Under new management, Flemings underwent a complete refurbishment of its rooms and public spaces. The hotel also wanted to create a destination dining experience. The hotel had a number of partnership candidates in mind, and CBFS advised on the final appointment. Both parties wished for a simple working agreement, and CBFS created all of the documentation regarding the collaboration.
