Wise Up On Waste
Following the creation of waste saving strategy, Wise Up On Waste, Unilever Food Solutions’ (UFS) managing director Tracey Rogers and her senior team were looking to implement the strategy across the industry.
CBFS identified practical ways to integrate the strategy into food businesses, and helped create a series of tools for chefs and restaurateurs, as well as being the face of the campaign.
Wise Up On Waste remains an important part of UFS’s ethos, and has been downloaded and utilised by thousands of customers.
Pub Channel
UFS aimed to get greater reach into the independent sectors, with a particular focus on pubs.
CBFS identified ways of helping the business to penetrate the market by offering free tools and information on its target market. Though still a work in progress, this strategy is gaining momentum and has already achieved much success.
