The Mill at Sonning

The Mill at Sonning is a unique theatrical and dining experience which has involved many of the CBFS family.
Interiors by Meraki, branding by Oink and strategy by Chris Barber. Now, at the helm of hospitality is our long tome friend, Kieron Daniels who is taking food and service to another level.
We love The Mill; the owner, Sally Hughes has with our help reawakened a sleeping giant, and The Mill is now a vibrant hub of creativity and hospitality.

Addition Accounting

Addition Accounting provide a no nonsense and great value accountancy service to the hospitality industry. They can act as your outsourced financial director and offer support and insights beyond number crunching, and all at an affordable price and in conjunction with Xero accounting software. The Tunnel Club, Etihad Stadium

Run by our friends at Absolute Taste and Legends, this is a phenomenal experience. The Tunnel Club gives ultimate hospitality experience, great food, drink and service, along with a sporting experience which is second to none. This is a lifetime experience that should on the ‘bucket list’ and I feel very lucky and honoured to have seen it on several occasions. World Class.

Restaurant
The Nut Tree, Murcott

Run by Mike and Imogen North, this is one of our favourite pub restaurants. We have known and been friends with Mike and Immy for years, both having been with us in the days of The Goose. This is their own thing, yet there are are still respectful nods to the days of us working together in rural Oxfordshire. Mike elevated the cuisine beyond my own capability, but stayed true to the basic ethos of The Goose, and rightfully gained a Michelin star which he continues to hold at The Nut Tree.
Mike and Immy do it the right way; respecting produce, animals and people on their continuing pursuit of excellence.

Meraki

CBFS have worked with Meraki on a number of projects including The Mill at Sonning.
Eris and Maria are never precious, always helpful and extremely practical.
We work with many interior designers, Meraki are definitely one of our favourites.
