Workshop
This is a creative and instant solution finding process; I review, listen and observe the business and its key stakeholders. Then, alongside you, analyse the issues, and find the answers immediately, meaning that the moment the workshop is complete, you can instantly make the changes and improvements you need to commence, or take your business to the next level. I can write up notes, actions and detailed strategies as required, but often it can be our fresh set of eyes that can bring a different angle and practical solution that can be agreed and actioned there and then. In some cases, the project and concept development or the solution finding will take longer to evolve or bed in, I can stay with the project and often do, taking it through to implementation and beyond, working alongside clients to create robust, sustainable and profitable businesses.
Non-Executive Directorships
On a part time basis or for a limited time period, I join your company, board or executive team advising on senior management and director level issues, bringing external eyes and impartiality to the business. Services can be carried out based on the requirements of the business starting from 1 day per month. I have much experience in this field, and currently advise several businesses in this manner. The diversity and extent of my roles in this field continually builds knowledge and experience, and the more I do, the better I get. Hence, whatever your hospitality business, from street food entrepreneur to five star hotel, I have the ability to advise.
