Eric Chavot at The Royal Albert Hall

One of London’s greatest chefs has teamed up with Rhubarb Food Design to create and deliver a new food offer at the Coda restaurant. CBFS were integral in bringing Eric Chavot to the table and making it happen. Rhubarb already provided a world class hospitality offer at The Hall, in the spirit of evolution and staying at the top, the appointment of Eric will help consolidate that position.

Store Street Exchange Manchester

CBFS MD Simon Cromack has been working alongside the Double Tree team to launch this innovative food and drink concept in central Manchester. The city is now a thriving hub of food and drink, and to survive you need to be at the top of the game. The Store Street Exchange brings all the best of grilled and rotisserie premium quality meats way beyond the standard hotel F&B offers; indeed this concept competes with the very best on the high street and draws in many non residential guests.

Neighbourhood

Neighbourhood is thriving in Manchester and Liverpool, a great bar with sharing food and all day dining. We have been helping bring all the best aspects of the current bars together in order to create the ‘best of’ for the latest opening, Leeds. Due to open Mid September, this will bring the talent and knowledge of the current bars, coupled with some new faces, characters, recipes and ideas.

Reading Town Hall

We are delighted to be working with Reading Borough Council to help reinvent F&B at The Town Hall in Reading town centre. This is an important and iconic space, providing a base for civic and public events and functions. However, the ambition is to open up the building more and more to the local business and leisure community, and the newly designed cafe will be the hub for that.

The Grange Festival

We are delighted to be getting the new hospitality, food and beverage offers together for the launch of The Grange Festival, http://thegrangefestival.co.uk. We have already worked on a top line vision for the F&B, and are now looking for catering partners to implement the offers in summer 2017.

Street Food Revolution, Cluj, Romania

Chris has been made an international ambassador to Street Food Revolution in Romania. This is a travelling festival promoting the very best of Romanian Street Food. Fronted by our old friend – the charismatic, talented and nationally renowned Chef Foa, we are delighted to be part of this amazing project.

Stock Burger expands with Kew Green Hotels

CBFS MD Simon Cromack has been instrumental in the creation and delivery of Stock Burger. This premium fast causal brand launched in Holiday Inn Brighton seafront, and following its success will be rolling out into London and beyond.

Wedgwood Tea Conservatory development

Wedgwood has long been an iconic crockery and tableware brand. In its Staffordshire HQ is housed a hugely popular tearoom, and from that came the idea of creating and developing a new vision of tea service. Being trialled at summer events through 2017, the new Wedgwood will be seen – fresh, modern and different. Chill Factore Manchester

The CBFS team have been working with the executive team at Chill Factore, Manchester’s renowned indoor ski centre, with the largest indoor slope in Europe. The business is looking to the future and CBFS are helping with business planning and creative visions.

Festival culinaire Bernard Loiseau 2017

Chris is just back from Constance Hotels in Mauritius, carrying out his role as Ambassador for FCBL. Another magnificent festival of friendship and gastronomy attended by worldwide culinary and media greats; 6 Michelin starred chefs and a supporting act of food and beverage personalities. This year Chris invited David Moore of Pied a Terre to join the prestigious jury, and Alyn Williams took part in the competition itself, coming a highly creditable third with his partner chef from the islands. The Constance Group offers some of the finest hospitality in The Indian Ocean, and its culinary association endorsed by Dominique Loiseau and Patrick Bertron is second to none.
