Plotting the future at The Royal Albert Hall

The Royal Albert Hall has some of the best catering and hospitality offers to be found within a public space in London. Working alongside the executive of The Hall and Rhubarb Food Design, we are helping to define the future of F&B, and are looking into creating new and exciting concepts in parts of the building not currently open to the public. These are exciting times at the Hall, and the next few years will see the F&B offers taken to even greater heights.

Hotel Gotham, the coolest place to stay in Manchester

We are delighted to be working closely with the management team of Hotel Gotham to help make their hotel even better. Already gaining the reputation as the coolest place to stay in the city, we are helping the team take the F&B and service to even greater heights.

Another hugely successful Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseu

Constance Hotels in Mauritius once again hosted FCBL, Chris Barber attended in his role as ambassador to the festival. Berwyn Davies of The Glass House in Kew took part on behalf of the UK, and made a great impression. The event was attended by worldwide food celebrities and a host of Michelin starred chefs. Now the planning begins for the 12th edition in 2017….

Resorts World Birmingham up and running

We have just returned from a stint in Birmingham, helping the Genting Hotel operations team in the launch of this huge business. The hotel is looking great, and the F&B outlets are absolutely thriving. It was great to see many of the ideas and concepts that we worked on with the Genting team come to life.

Now is the time to refine the offers, and we have also been putting the final touches to the latest opening; Bottega Prosecco Bar and Italian Deli, opening to the public very soon.

Canela Cafe relaunched

A taste of Portugal in London…….

We have been working with Susana Pascoal to help reinvent Canela.

Susana had all the ideas, and just needed some support to drive her vision.

Canela is now a fantastic Seven Dials destination; AMAZING Portuguese wine, simple fresh food, great coffee and a wonderful interior designed by Susana.

1269 Gerard Cross

1269 is an exciting restaurant and bar within the newly refurbished Crowne Plaza on the outskirts of Gerrards Cross. There is a Josper grill lead luxury, but casual dining restaurant and a very cool cocktail bar. We have been helping settle the offer in and have designed the service style and overseen the launch.

My Hotel & Tanyas Experience Raw

We are delighted to be helping Tanya Maher develop her exciting raw food venture in Chelsea. Raw and health conscious food is hugely important to us and the culinary world, and we are on hand to help Tanya steer the business to the next level.

The Mill at Sonning, new bar and food offer

CBFS have been working with the theatre owner, Sally Hughes to relaunch The Mill. Phase one has been to resdesign the bar and introduce a new graphic identity.

We brought in our interior designer partners Meraki, and our graphic design partners Oink Creative to create a brand new look and feel to The Theatre. First phase launched on 11th April and once bedded in, we will get to work on the first floor dining room.

There is now a fantastic, modern bar offer created in sympathy with the history of the building.
