Crowne Plaza Newcastle and London City

Our many years of experience with IHG has enabled us to gain great contacts and opportunities to work directly with certain hotels. Currently we are working with Crowne Plaza Newcastle and London City. Both are excellent hotels in prime locations with a great reputation for food and beverage. We are working with both hotels in collaboration with IHG and the owners to help them reach even greater standards of food, service and communications. These are exciting times as we see the Crowne Plaza brand strive to create bespoke offers in each location, uplifting guest experience and inspiring their teams as they go.

Sushi Samba

We have been helping the team at Sushi Samba look into further European expansion, creating feasibility studies and analysing current business.

CBFS and The Playboy Club

We are delighted to be working with the iconic Playboy Club in Mayfair, London. We are helping to create and implement a brand new food, beverage and service vision.

Intercontinental Hotel Malta

Simon Cromack has been helping the hotel with their F&B offer. Already at a very high standard, Simon is helping them take it to the next level by identifying areas for improvement, and coming up with creative ideas for restaurants, bars and service. To make it happen, Simon works alongside the excellent hotel team, bringing a fresh set of eyes and expertise to the project.

Holiday Inn Express Germany

Marta Mikolajczyk and Gregory Schaad Jackson have been leading the development of the next generation F&B for Holiday Inn Express. With the UK being trialled, next stop was to roll out to Europe and Munich was the first stop. Using their multi language skills, Marta and Gregory managed to make a great success of this hugely important evolution of a great international brand.

New project with Angela Malik

We are working on a very new and exciting project with top chef and food expert, Angela Malik. This is a brave and innovative concept that has never been tried in the UK, and we are very proud to be a part of it. Look out for more news…..all will be revealed in due course.

New partnership with ALPHALSG

It is a great thrill to be working alongside the AlphaLSG team; this is the merging of two heavyweight companies renowned for airline catering. Our aim is to help them with their move to a new home in Heston, which will house a groundbreaking kitchen and demonstration facility. We are also working to help steer their consolidation as a major airline caterer AND to drive their potential growth into new areas of service and expertise.

Food business course at Leiths

Another edition of our food business course kicks off this week at Leiths School of Food and Wine. Once again the course is full with entrepreneurs taking their first steps into food business. Week by week they increase their knowledge which culminates with a Dragons Den style presentation. We are delighted that this course is so well received, look out for the next course in Autumn 2016.

Garinsgton Opera partners with Michelin starred chef Mike North

CBFS have introduced Mike North to work in partnership with our long term clients, Garsington Opera. Mike will be working with the ‘Feasts’ team to deliver an exquisite menu to opera guests for at least the next 2 seasons. Garsington already has one of the best hospitality services for any outdoor event of the season, but this partnership will bring yet another added level of expertise.

The Harcourt Marylebone, a great pub

The Harcourt has undergone a complete renovation and is now open for business. The food is modern British with a Scandinavian twist, and the interior is a mix of modern and classic luxury. We are helping the team at The Harcourt through the opening stages as they seek to become the finest establishment in the area.
