F&B repositioning, staff recruitment
Danesfield House underwent a number of major refurbishments and was looking to attract culinary destination diners in addition to its successful conference and spa trade.
On behalf of Anouska Hempel we repositioned the F&B offers, bringing in key staff including Aiden Byrne and Alan Dooley.
The Oak Room restaurant soon became a successful gastronomic destination, with the successor to Aiden Byrne, Adam Simmonds, gaining a Michelin star.
