Down Hall is an extensive hotel and country estate on the Herts/Essex border. The business has been growing nicely, but the owners wanted an outside view on how to take the hotel to the next level. Alongside the management team and interior designer, we have created a masterplan which will see exciting development in the coming years, making Down Hall one of the best business and leisure destinations in the country.
