Helping owners with launch of new concept

We met with Eroshan and Aushi, the owners of Kolamba in the very early stages of concept development. It was clear that they had an excellent vision and good understanding of how the business would work. In their case, it was simply our experienced guiding hand which helped on the way – kicking off with an in-depth workshop to finesse the business plan and strategy and then some operational and P&L advice. Kolamba is now live and has got off to the most glorious commercial and experiential start – reviews are good, customers happy and the team is bedding in. The future will be very bright.
