Redefining offers for the 'new normal'

Victors and Neighbourhood had been clients of ours under their former ownership and leadership team. Bought out of administration, the new team re engaged with us to help define an updated vision for relaunch. These were thriving brands, victims of circumstances beyond their control, so there were many, many good things to build on.

The process has been very, very tricky: we have been through two lockdowns, but traded impressively in between; the company has talent in depth and with some guidance from us and a break from the crisis, they will be back to former glory in no time.
