Helping Award Winning Hotel

Number One Bruton is one the best new boutique hotels in UK. Located in uber cool Bruton, it launched with my help, bringing in Merlin Labron Johnson to create and deliver Osip restaurant. It achieved a Michelin Star in the first year of trading and became a great success. The owners Aled Rees and Claudia Waddams have purchased the adjacent property and are busy renovating and decorating for a bigger and better Number One.

I am helping with the next F&B vision, Osip was brilliant  but being limited to a non choice tasting menu was becoming a bit polarising for many of our hotel guests who were looking for something a little different. The new restaurant will once again be brave and unique, but the operators will be able to spread into the new spaces, uplifting breakfast, all day dining, and helping deliver a world class bar.
