Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford

During the latter stages of moving into its refurbished home in Stratford, the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) was considering whether to bring catering in-house.

CBFS created a full feasibility study including a financial projection and comparison between in-house and outsourced catering, and reported this to the executive and RSC board. Following our recommendations, the decision was made to bring the catering in-house, following which we scoped out the F&B spaces and recruited the key team to deliver the vision. The RSC F&B operation has been a great commercial and critical success.
