New to the restaurant business, Karam and Jyotin Sethi sought start-up advice for their new venture – Trishna. CBFS guided and mentored them through the early stages of business development and through to the launch.

Trishna went on to great success, gaining a Michelin star as well as multiple awards and accolades. The Sethi family has gone on to become successful restaurant entrepreneurs with Gymkhana, Lyles, Hoppers and Bubbledogs in their ‘stable’.
