Restructuring and relaunching business, procedures and operating systems & menu development

On behalf of the owners (Novak and Jelena Djokovic) and Eqvita, I put in place professional procedures and operating systems and guided the management team through a change process. We have changed the leadership team and introduced new menus, as well as set out the blueprint for a new offshoot business to be rolled out in the coming months.
