F&B concept development

The Midland is recognised as the most iconic and celebrated hotel in Manchester. There has been much recent F&B concept development, with Adam Reid taking over as executive chef of The French. We are working with the management team to build the other F&B offers within the hotel, helping to secure it’s position as a hub of world class cuisine and service.
