Board level advice and direction

Chris was asked by the owners of Mamma Dough to help navigate their way through a tricky period of trading and business evolution.

The business was strong but the avenues to growth and consolidation were unclear and a defined strategy was needed.

After a period of non executive directorship, Chris was invited to join the board in place of one of the original and main investors.
