Upgrading Hospitality at a unique, historic venue

Their Graces The Duke and Duchess of Norfolk asked me to take a look at hospitality at The Castle. It is an incredible visitor attraction, one of the most popular in UK, and it is easy to see why. There are long term plans to add additional dining experiences and to integrate ingredients from the estate and nearby into the current and future offerings. In the meantime the focus is to reimagine the coffee shop and cafe offer, bringing more of a local and artisanal flavour. It is a hugely busy offer so all changes have to take place alongside day to day business, but this is about a five year strategy and a gradual program of innovations and tweaks to make a very good current offer, even better.
