Steak of the Art
Business advice, menu development
Steve Bowen, a former Leiths student, had an idea for a steak restaurant to be launched in Bristol. CBFS advised Steve through the steps of a new opening, and he has since gone on to expand the concept in Cardiff and Southampton, with more sites to come.
We continue to advise Steve with his business, and periodically review and develop new products for his menu.
