A new F&B Vision

The Belfry has been for many years a hugely successful golf, leisure resort and conference hotel. Now with new owners and further investment, the management team are looking at a rethink and redesign of the multiple F&B experiences.

Joining their team, Chris has been working to brainstorm and define the new vision. It is not a case of ‘out with the old’, much of the existing offer is first class and will be retained, though adapted to blend in with the new restaurants and bars we have in mind. These are hugely exciting times and the hotel team has enormous experience and talent, in this case Chris is acting as the conductor in this process, gathering the brilliant thoughts and ideas of the team and shaping them into a cohesive strategy.

This will take an already brilliant resort to an even higher level.
