Making a great collaboration happen

Bruton hotelier Aled Rees asked us to help him do a deal with an F&B operator for his exciting new venture, No1 Bruton.
We came close to a couple of solutions before meeting Merlin Labron Johnson, introduced by restaurateur David Moore. If we could come to a mutually agreeable arrangement, it was abundantly clear that this would be a marriage made in heaven. Fortunately, we managed to get this done very painlessly, allowing Merlin to get a restaurant open, and for Aled to complete the development of the hotel. This now all in the past and No1 and Osip open on 22nd November 2019, we are confident this will be a great success for all parties and are are very proud to have been a part of it.
