When it first launched, The Lowry was the first mover to the newly developed Salford Quays. Since then the area has taken off, and Media City has emerged and brought massive footfall to the Quays.

As a result, The Lowry looked to reconfigure its F&B offer to attract local businesses as well as theatregoers. CBFS was engaged to help with space planning and revisions to the offer and its recommendations are currently being implemented.
