After its success in the pizza market, Gondola Holdings was looking to diversify. The business recruited Tom Byng to launch Byron, a premium burger concept. CBFS helped Tom develop the Byron Burger, using our specialist New York food developer.

Byron went on to great success and Tom Byng remains at the helm despite its sale to HCP.
