1269 Restaurant and Bar

CBFS was engaged by the owners and management of 1269 Restaurant and Bar to help integrate a new and exciting F&B offer. The concept itself had been designed. The hotel now needed it to be communicated and embedded into the culture of the operating team.

We created the ‘guest journey’, and then trained this into the operations and management teams.

1269 goes from strength to strength and is beginning to overcome the often difficult challenge of attracting non-residential diners into the hotel, as well as converting a significant proportion of residents to dine and drink at the bar.
