The Rathfinny Wine Estate is a hugely impressive market leader in English Sparkling Wine.

Family owned and run, it has excellent public facing hospitality with events, restaurants, tasting room and summer pop ups, coupled with some wonderful accommodation.

As the business grows and develops, I have been asked to work alongside the Driver family to help steer a sustainable hospitality vision for the years ahead.

Both food and drink will represent Sussex with a range of offers which will attract visitors, local residents and businesses.
